OVERVIEW
As Director of Preconstruction, Brandon works directly with clients and interfaces with designers and trade partners to develop construction pricing and schedules. Brandon oversees a team of estimators and market researchers that work to stay continually updated on market trends and economic factors that impact construction costing. Brandon offers a broad range of expertise from various roles within the construction industry including program management, market consultant, preconstruction, and project management. Over the past decade in these roles, Brandon has served multiple market sectors including Class A office, healthcare, corporate campus, and industrial office. Brandon graduated first in his class at Georgia Tech and also holds master’s & post-graduate degrees. He founded Village Network which aims to connect neighbors together through faith. Brandon lives in Buford with his wife and four children.
