Alliance Residential’s new Atlanta Headquarters is located in the Peachtree 25th building in Midtown.  It is characterized by reuse of historical elements and highlighted by modern finishes and fixtures. Programmatic elements include open and private offices, conferencing, lounge, and collaboration spaces. This project was completed on an accelerated schedule thanks to the successful team collaboration between Alliance, Lexdyn, the design team, and property management.
