Wahoo Fitness expanded their headquarters operation in Atlanta. The project encompasses a complete office building that was previously occupied by multiple tenants. Programmatic elements include expansive open office space, technical labs, fitness studio, and an interconnecting stair that features a town hall space for large gatherings. The project began as a multi-phased, occupied renovation and transitioned to a single-phase, complete building renovation during the COVID pandemic. The project completed ahead of the original multi-phase schedule completion date.
