The Peachtree 25th Reposition project included the comprehensive renovation of the main level of the Midtown Atlanta office tower. Construction elements included expansion of the main lobby by converting unused retail space, construction of a new fitness center, café, full renovation of lobby restrooms, new management office, and an expansive outdoor patio with new landscape elements and ornamental woodwork. This project was completed in an occupied building with more than 90 tenants. Unique project features included exposing the concrete structure, polishing concrete floors, elevator modernization, and installing a raised pedestal paver system atop of the parking deck.
